HOW TO SHOP


Follow these simple steps to start shopping online:

1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by selecting the product category links: e.g. LEGWEAR, READY-TO-WEAR. You can also shop our latest product through the NEW ARRIVALS category link, or our seasonal COLLECTIONS through the links at the top of the site. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key word or item number in the search box on the top.
2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size, your color and the quantity you want and click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button.
3. You can then either click on the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button, or review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on 'CHECKOUT'.
4. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click 'CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order. You will be able to use the 'REMOVE THIS ITEM' button to remove products from your basket if you change your mind.
PAYMENT METHODS


The following methods of payment are accepted on our Website:

CREDIT CARD
We accept payments with the most common credit card, including: Visa, MasterCard, Aura.

PAYPAL
We also welcome payments from PayPal Accounts and reserve the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.

BANK TRANSFER
When Bank Transfer is selected at the order confirmation as the method of payment, the customer will automatically receive an email confirming the account information for our Website. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in our bank account.

It is mandatory that the Client send a scan or fax of the bank transaction within 48 hours of confirming the order.
The merchandise will be shipped once we have received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.

PAYMENT SECURITY
All transactions on this website are processed using PayPal a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
TRACK YOUR ORDER


When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Once we have verified your order and payment details and have approved your order for shipment, we will email you again to inform you of this.

In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem when processing your order, you will receive an email from us detailing the problem and possibly requesting further information.

You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status by email, and you can also check the status in your "My Account" section.
You can also go to www.dhl.com or www.ups.com anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipments, by inserting the tracking number supplied.

All services make deliveries between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Please note some services may not be available in all countries. Shipping is calculated at the checkout but to give you an idea of how much it will cost to ship and the estimate time, simply choose your ship to location below.**

TAXES & DUTIES


We currently ship orders in countries outside the EU that have some additional costs such as custom duties or taxes.
This means that import duties are excluded from the prices you see online and you may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.

The countries that must pay these additional costs are:
Albania, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Israel, Kazakistan, Kuwait, Mexico, Norway, New Zealand, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates.

CANCELLATIONS


We can accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the system. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it if you wish. If you have not yet received an email confirming the order has been processed, you may still be able to cancel it.

Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team from Monday to Friday between 10am-6pm (GMT).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS


If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, you have the possibility to return or refund any item purchased on our website within
10 days from receiving your order.

You must write an email to our customercare customercare@emiliocavallini.com specifying the reason for return and the quantity of the items that you wish to return.
The products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging at your expenses.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

We will verify whether the returned products are effectively in original condition being entitled hot to refund the money of the purchase in case of any damage or non-correspondence with the products delivered to the customer. We shall not be liable for any item returned being lost, misdirected or delivered late, the customer assuming all shipping risks.
